For your convenience, Viruet Periodontics accepts full payment at the time of service via cash, check, debit card or credit card payment.

Financing

For those who would prefer an extended payment plan, zero-interest financing is available through CareCredit®. Some restrictions apply, call the office for details.

Payment & Insurance

PAYMENT for services, including deductibles and copayments, are due at the time of the service. Payments may be made using cash, check, or credit cards. Any arrangements for third-party financing must be made before starting treatment

YOUR TREATMENT PLAN IS INDIVIDUALLY TAILORED, and is not based on your dental insurance benefits or lack of benefits.

OUR PRACTICE IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING THE BEST TREATMENT TO OUR PATIENTS, we charge what is usual and customary for our area. You are responsible for payment regardless of any insurance company’s arbitrary determination of usual and customary rates.

INSURANCE. If this office is able to accept your insurance company's assignment, the patient is still fully responsible for the charges for treatment rendered. Your insurance may not cover the services or may only PARTIALLY cover them and any estimate given by this office is considered a guideline until the final insurance is received and the patient's account is reconciled. The office can make no guarantee of the actual payment by your insurance company. For services that have been predetermined, the amount the insurance company may pay may be subject to maximums, deductibles, limitations and non-payment due to employment status.
